Good is Cabaret on speed. Or valium. One of the two. Maybe a darker edge, but unquestionably the flipside of the same coin. Granted, no Sally Bowles or KitKatKlub to make the party go with a swing, but the core ingredients and dilemmas are much the same in Good.
To begin with, we have the naive and bewildered academic, in this case Professor Halder, who is confronted by a series of increasingly menacing moral dilemmas. As with Cabaret, music is used as a metaphor for
